Directions: • Boil together coffee and cocoa powder for two minutes or until you can see that it is dissolved. • Add sugar to the boiling mixture for an extra minute or until the sugar dissolves as well. • Then use a mesh strainer to filter through the mixture. • Combine the coffee mixture and the milk into glasses with ice cubes. • Mix together in both glasses until ice and the mixture are all blended together. • Add a scoop of your favorite kind of ice cream to each glass. Directions: • Fill a cup with the amount of ice cubes or crushed ice that you want • Chill the brewed coffee, either in a fridge or stick it in the freezer for a few minutes • Add the syrup and coffee to the cup of ice. • Add milk or cream to your coffee if that is what you want.
