What you need:

  • 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted and grass-fed
  • 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 cups of freshly brewed coffee

What to do:

First brew your coffee. It doesn’t matter how you make it, French press, drip, or espresso, just make sure it’s hot. While your coffee is brewing, you’ll need to heat up your blender by filling it with hot water. When your coffee is ready, pour the hot water out of your now heated blender and pour in the coffee. Add the butter and coconut oil. Start blending and continue until a thick layer of foam rests on top.

What you need:

  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice for every 2 tablespoons of ground coffee

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

What to do:

Before brewing your coffee, sprinkle the gingerbread spice over the grounds. Next, brew the coffee using the method you prefer. What you need:

  • 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1 cup coffee, cooled
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • pinch of salt
  • cinnamon and nutmeg, to taste

What to do:

First, scoop the solids off the top of the unsweetened coconut milk, then measure a cup of the remaining liquid. What you need:

  • 1/2 cup water, filtered
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted and grass-fed
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cinnamon to taste

What to do:

In a small saucepan bring the water and coconut milk to boil. In a small bowl mix the boiling liquid with the butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, vanilla and a dash of cinnamon. Transfer mixture to a blender and blend until frothy.

What to do:
